Within the scope of 2024-2025 Erasmus+ BIP (Blended Intensive Programmes), the training programme (online and face-to-face) titled "Bridging Knowledge and Technology: A Blended Intensive Program in Information Science" will be realized in cooperation with Gustave Eiffel University (France), Ankara University (Türkiye), University of Barcelona (Spain) and University of Coimbra (Portugal).
Undergraduate and graduate students will be trained on "Scripts Programming and Data Management (by Juan-José Boté)", "Building Digital Order: Using Taxonomies for Knowledge Organization in Online Platforms (by Ana Lucia Terra)", "AI Literacy: Building Skills for Proficiency in Emerging Technologies (by Nevzat Özel)" and "Harnessing OSINT and AI for Competitive Intelligence (by Joumana Boustany)".
The training program will start online on November 7, 2024, and 54 students will participate in the program. Face-to-face events will be held in Istanbul between January 20-24, 2025.
